Product Information

Organic Lyngso Vegetable Blend is a ready-to-plant blend of Sandy Loam, Organic Diestel Structured Compost, and Redwood Sawdust. The Sandy Loam provides some minerals and clay which will help the soil retain moisture, the Diestel Structured Compost is a composted turkey manure filled with life and food and the Redwood Sawdust will break down very slowly over time and help keep the soil open and aerated.

Lyngso Vegetable Mix is recommended for in-ground vegetable gardening. We recommend adding a good layer of mulch to cover and protect your soil. Mini Mulch Fir Bark is recommended.

It is a good general mix for all veggies, a light application of a balanced organic fertilizer like Down to Earth All Purpose or Bio-Live will be good once or twice during the growing season after the plants are established. Add a layer of well-cured compost once or twice a year, early Spring and/or late Fall application recommended.

We sell the Vegetable Blend in one cubic foot bag, we supply the bags and you fill them. For large areas, you'll want to purchase the Vegetable Blend by the cubic yard. We can load your truck or for a fee, have us deliver the Vegetable Blend to your home or job site. For orders over 20 cubic yards please call us for bulk pricing.
