Down To Earth Granular Humic Acids is a highly concentrated source of humic substances that is ideal for use on fields, turf and vegetable gardens. Carefully mined from one of the world’s richest deposits, DTE Granular Humic Acids is derived from the ancient remains of decomposed organic plant materials. Naturally occurring, unaltered oxidized lignite, DTE Granular Humic Acids are crushed, screened and graded to a particle size of 1-3mm.

APPLICATION RATES
2 cups = 1 lb; 1/2 cup = 4 oz; 1 tbsp = 0.5 oz
Vegetable Gardens & Flower Beds:
To prepare smaller gardens, apply 1/4-1/2 cup per square foot and thoroughly mix into the top 3" of garden soil in spring or fall. To prepare larger gardens, apply 1-2 lbs. per 100 square feet and thoroughly mix into the top 3" of garden soil in spring or fall. For new transplants, add 1 tbsp. per hole, mix into soil and water in well.
Row Crops/Acreage:
Apply 75-150 lbs per acre. Apply in early spring, either pre-plant or with seed, or in the fall, post-harvest. Can be applied to all crops.
Containers:
For new plantings, add 1-2 tsp. per gallon of soil and mix thoroughly or add 1-2 lbs. per cubic yard. For established plants, lightly mix 1-2 tsp. per gallon into the soil surface every other month during the growing season.
Lawns:
For smaller lawns, apply 1 lb per 100 square feet and water well in spring and fall. For larger lawns, apply 10 lbs. per 1,000 square feet and water in well in spring and fall. Results may be enhanced if applied following aeration. For new lawns, apply 10 lbs. per 1,000 square feet and mix into top 3" of soil before seeding or sodding.
